Three days built around the conversations that actually matter.
Every February, 150 operators gather at Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah for three days of sessions, dinners, and chairlift conversations. The format is intentional: small enough that every person in the room knows every other person by the end, and curated enough that the room itself is the product.
Sessions cover the real stuff — capital allocation, M&A integration, building management layers, structuring holdcos, and navigating the transition from operator to owner. Practitioners only. No consultants theorizing about what they've never done.
Compound Conference started as a way to solve a problem: at a certain stage of building, most conferences stop being useful. The content is too basic, the room is too big, and the signal-to-noise ratio collapses. Compound is the answer to that.
